Kristen Karmazinuk is a project leadership specialist, educator, and consultant who helps universities and organizations deliver stronger PMP exam outcomes through modern, human-centered learning.
She holds a BBA in Project Management, is PMP® and PMI-ACP® certified, and is beginning her direct-entry PhD in E-Research & Technology Enhanced Learning at Lancaster University (UK), where her work explores AI and emotional intelligence in project management education.
With experience spanning corporate project leadership, nonprofit consulting, instructional design, and academic program support across Canada, and the US, Kristen brings a rare blend of practical expertise and research-backed methodology.
She has supported 60+ PMP candidates, improved curriculum flow within higher education, and built coaching systems that increase confidence, comprehension, and pass-rate readiness.
