This study examines how AI-enhanced adaptive learning systems can integrate both cognitive and socio-emotional skill development within project management education. Grounded in constructivist and connectivist frameworks, the research proposes a responsible implementation model for AI-supported professional learning environments.

The findings highlight the potential for AI to support hybrid skill development essential for modern project leadership, while emphasizing ethical governance, inclusivity, and transparency in educational technology design.
