Our Story
Karma Coaching Insights LLP was created from a place of strength, resilience, and lived experience — shaped by two women who faced significant personal and professional challenges and turned them into a mission to uplift others.​​​
​After earning her degree in Business Administration, specializing in Project Management, Kristen quickly realized how unprepared many students and emerging professionals feel when transitioning from university into real-world project leadership. She saw bright, capable learners struggling with confidence, question logic, and the overwhelming pressure of certification exams like the Project Management Professional (PMP)®. Having faced these same challenges herself, she recognized a clear gap: traditional education teaches information, but not the mindset, strategy, or emotional support needed to succeed.​​
Co-founder, Leslie, brings a story of deep resilience. After decades as a respected healthcare executive and leader, she navigated multiple life-altering hardships — surviving cancer three times, enduring multiple amputations, the loss of her husband, and even experiencing a devastating event where a tree fell on her home causing over $500,000 worth of damage. Through years of rebuilding physically, emotionally, and professionally, she rediscovered the power of mindset work, emotional intelligence, grounding practices, and compassionate coaching. Her lived experience became her calling to help others find clarity, confidence, and purpose through adversity.
Together, as a women-owned, intergenerational team, they recognized a shared truth:
