At one point in my career, I worked at a not-for-profit corporation that employed a wellness coach. His name was Larry. Larry did group sessions with my staff to help them reduce stress and increase the quality of work.
I was impressed with his results, so I asked him to personally teach me mindfulness.
He came to my office once a week and chatted and led me through some exercises. At the time, it was interesting, but in years to come, I found that the coaching he provided revolutionized the way I was.
